Wir haben uns unsere Urlaub anders vorgestellt Negative: Diese Unterkunft werde ich nie wieder buchen. Wer Kinder hat oder als Junge Mädchen Gruppe kommen möchte, sollte sich defenitiv etwas anderes suchen. Nach nur wenigen Tagen haben wir uns nicht mehr wohl fühlen können, da wir von dem Nachbarn auf dem Balkon nebenan eine Belästigung erfahren haben. Wir waren 4 Junge Mädchen und mussten an einem Nachmittag feststellen dass ein fremder, älterer Mann, ohne Ankündigung auf der Abtrennung zwischen unserem und seinem Balkon saß und direkt in das Apartment schaute. Am Tag darauf hing eine unglaublich perverse und belästigende Nachricht auf einem Zettel auf unserem Balkon. Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert. Zuerst dachten wir sie helfen und uns rufen die Polizei, doch leider kam dann doch keine Antwort mehr. Neben so einem Nachbarn, möchte man keinen Urlaub machen. Wir konnten garnicht mehr richtig schlafen. Desweiteren hatten wir immer mal wieder kleine Stromausfälle und das Appartement ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt die Basics aber sowas wie Geschirrhandtücher, Küchenrolle, Sonnenschirm wäre auch noch ganz gut. Noch dazu haben wir einen großen Betrag unserer KAUTION, aus unverständlichen und unfairen Gründen nicht zurückerhalten. Eine Quittung für die Angeblichen Kosten haben wir auch nie bekommen… Wir haben uns unseren Urlaub anders vorgestellt und finden so etwas einfach unprofessionell.

Schwierige Kommunikation, aber schöne Wohnung Positive: Die Wohnung ist herzig Negative: Die Kommunikation war fatal. Wir mussten eine Kaution bezahlen, ich habe sie bezahlt, aber sie glaubten mir nicht. Dann bekamen wir erst um 15.30 die Infos, um die Wohnung zu öffnen. Die Kaution kam nicht automatisch zurück, ich musste dreimal schreiben und Druck machen. Unangenehm.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment has two beautiful terraces and a very well-equipped kitchen, which made it feel almost like being at home. You can really tell that the place is furnished with care and attention to detail. The location is fantastic: very close to the beach and in a charming, colorful residential neighborhood. At the same time, it’s a perfect starting point to reach the city center. You can walk to the port area first and then you can walk through the park that crosses the city(the former river), which we did every day and truly enjoyed. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting us with a lovely breakfast tray with tea bags and coffee capsules. Despite what some other reviews mentioned, we found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. The sofa bed works perfectly, and we also had no issues at all with the deposit refund. Another big plus is the convenience: there’s a metro station nearby with a direct connection to the airport. Right downstairs, you’ll find a small local shop with fresh fruit, vegetables, drinks, and basic groceries, perfect for short stays. There’s also a neighborhood bakery/pastry shop just below the apartment, which was honestly one of the best we tried in the whole city, probably because it’s not touristy. We would definitely stay here again! Negative: It was no problem at all for us (despite traveling with a toddler and big stroller) but for some other people the steep and narrow stairway to reach the apartment could be a downside. But honestly maybe not even worth mentioning..

Overpriced listing Positive: The good thing about this listing is that the flat is closely located to the beach. Just a quick 5 minute walk. The two balconies are also greatly appreciated and added positively to the overall experience. Negative: Grossly overpriced. Poor quality electricity. You can’t use the dishwasher or washing machine without turning off all other electrical appliances, including lights. Otherwise the electrical switch will flip and turn off the electricity. Nor are the white appliances properly grounded. This means that you risk getting an electrical discharge when touching the metallic parts. Not great. The hob is not without its faults either. Ultimately, said issues should not be present when paying good money for a week’s stay. Furthermore, I have yet to receive the 150euro deposit and I checked-out a week ago.
